Headcount, deposit & payment
Headcount
Rates are good for 25 guests, maximum 40. Excess guests are ₱250 per head, settled at the gate.
Security deposit
₱2,000 on check-in. Refundable — returned in full after a quick inspection at checkout.
Payment
50% down payment via GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer confirms your date. The remaining balance is paid in cash at check-in.
Rebooking & cancellation

Free rebooking (7 days notice)
Plans change — move your date once for free as long as you tell us at least 7 days before your booking.
Typhoon policy
If PAGASA raises a storm signal over Laguna on your date, rebooking is free — no questions, no deadlines.
Down payments
Down payments are non-refundable, but they are transferable to any new date within 60 days.
